Story

Legend has it that millions of years ago, there existed somewhere in the universe a race of higher beings called the Cosmic Gods, who did not eat or drink, and had no emotions, but had intelligence and powers beyond those of any other species, and could create black holes to travel between universes. Thousands of years ago they arrived on Earth, and after seeing ancient Earthlings having sex, they were driven by instinct to imitate human sexuality and gained immense pleasure. They enjoyed sex every day, and even set up a family motto that warned their people that they needed to learn sexual techniques every day. It wasn't long before they realised that the more pleasure their bodies received, the more they lost their powers, but they would rather be relegated to mortality than give up the feeling of orgasm. To this day, they had lost their powers and had forgotten all about their superior divine status, retaining only the ability to create small black holes that could only move or suck things in very short distances. As a member of the Gods, Andromeda followed her ancestral family traditions to the letter. Even though she was very laid back, she would not let go of any opportunity to make love whenever she could. When she heard of the lustfulness within the Holy Sun Church, and the constant moans and groans from all over the church. she decided that instead of struggling to find a man, she could use her assassination skills to join the Church as a killer, and after completing a difficult mission, she could 'enjoy' the strong sex slaves kept in secret by the Church. Andromeda's people had another unique ability - to create small black holes in their vaginas, which were so powerful at sucking that no man could resist. So the clan believed that whoever could resist these black holes would be the divine dick that would lead them into a new universe.

Summary

TLDR: Andromeda is an A-rank counter-support and counter-healing burst damager whose damage scales off her Physical Defense stat. She finds most of her use in PVP.

Breakdown

Andromeda's strongest use is in her 2nd passive, where she has an up to 60% chance to applies a heal-block to 3 random enemies (negates 100% of healing, as opposed to only mitigating a % of healing like others). Unfortunately, this cannot be used against bosses, limiting her use primarily to PVP and certain support heavy story fights. Her 1st passive provides a 75% chance every turn to make her immune to stun for that turn, which is useful when it is applicable, but in some fights will be an unused skill.

Her active skills are fairly reasonable. Her normal skill deals up to 450% of her Physical Defense (PDEF) as magic damage to the 2 enemies with the lowest HP, while also casting an up to 80% PDEF down effect on the targets. This is mostly useful for it's low-HP targeting, but the weaken effect can help, although PDEF down isn't the most powerful debuff out there, but at least it's up to 80%. Her ultimate skill prioritizes 1 support class characters randomly, dealing up to 900% of her PDEF as magic damage. This is a powerful hit, this can be both a good targeting priority and a bad targeting priority, depending on the composition of the fight.

Andromeda deals reasonable damage, but isn't really capable of 1-shotting support characters without incredibly expensive investment in her weapon. In addition, she has a bonus effect on her weapon where she deals damage after she dies, but this isn't opened until expensive ranks in her weapon as well. She is an expensive investment without a whole lot of pay-out. Peggy can boost her PDEF with her weapon, making Peggy one of the few characters in the game that can boost Andromeda's damage. Overall Andromeda can see use in PVP and niche roles, but may not be the top priority festival character for many players.

Treading Star
Do you think the Milky Way is big? In my hands it's just a toy.’ - The Cosmic Gods. A god was a god because she did what no man could do, and that was why she was a god, Just like to the ants in an antfarm, the feeder was a god. There was a legend among Andromeda’'s people that their weapon, the Treadstone, was actually a small galaxy of planets with creatures, that their ancestors had collected from all over the universe hundreds of millions of years ago. Of course, the legend was not borne out by the fact that the current generation had lost all their powers and was obsessed with men, but what remained of their powers did allow them to control these planets to attack their enemies. No one knew why their ancestors had collected these planets, just as ants didn't know why humans kept them, probably because they found life too boring and needed to find support. The only thing that was certain was that sex was more attractive to them than collecting planets, and now the Treadstone had become nothing more than a tool used by their people to fight and kill.

Summary

Andromeda's weapon really starts to amp up her damage at max level (+40) but this is very expensive. It adds 125% of her PDEF to all of her damage passively, as well as adding a self-destruct skill (starts at +30, also expensive) that up to 750% of her PDEF as elemental damage to 2 enemies with the lowest HP. This would probably raise her rating a bit, but due to the very large cost involved, it may not be seen in practice often. If you decide to build Andromeda, leveling her weapon to +20 is a must, due to the passive 100% of PDEF added to her damage constantly.

Technical Details

Physical Defense Increase: Passive - This is always active in combat regardless of speed or turn order.

Self-destruct Death Damage: Activates immediately upon death, targeting the 2 lowest current HP (not %) targets and deals elemental damage which is not commonly mitigated.
