Story

In addition to Peggy, there was another famous lascivious tarot reader, Sibyl. Like Peggy, she liked to make love to people, and one could get a chance to divine if they made love to her. Her divination was so accurate that people knew that if they followed her prophecy, they would have a smooth life, which was why Sibyl was so popular with men both in the Western Alliance and around the world. However, she had one significant difference from Peggy - she never made love twice to the same man. She liked the mysteriousness of having sex with strangers, but she thought no man in the world could give her that feeling twice.
As Peggy's best friend, Sibyl had heard from the royal daughter that there was a man in the world who could make girls ask for more sex with him, that every intercourse with him was as exciting as the first time, and that even the horny Peggy had lost to him. This aroused Sibyl's curiosity and she wanted to try it out with this man.
Recently there had been rumours that Sibyl had not left the Western Alliance for months, something that was normally impossible for Sibyl, who would travel from country to country to perform divinations. It was thought that the reason why Sibyl had not left was because the 'Rebel King' was based in the Western Alliance...

Summary

TLDR: Sibyl is an A rank support with one AoE heal and offensive and defensive party buffs that gain bonuses when used on Western Alliance faction allies. She uniquely has 2 buffs that still continue to activate after her death.

Breakdown

Sibyl's healing capacity isn't great. Her ultimate is her only heal, which is always party-wide making it either benefit or a curse, depending on the fight. Against single target damagers her healing will perform very poorly due to her lack of focused-target healing, while against AoE damagers she will perform above average. Sibyl's does however have one of the best normal skills amongst the faction-specific supports, which will damage and reduce the energy of the highest energy target by 30.

Like other faction-specific supports, Sibyl 's 2nd passive provides 11% ATK for back row allies, which increases to 33% if they are members of the Western Alliance faction. Unlike other faction-specific supports, Sibyl's 1st passive will grant a max-HP buff that nearly triples for Western Alliance allies, but this buff does not get removed if Sibyl dies. This means even at low-star rankings, Sibyl has come contribution to offer a team outside of the typical ATK buff.

Sibyl's weapon follows the same formula as her 1st passive by providing a Magic Damage Resistance buff of up to 20% for back row allies that also does not fade if Sibyl dies. While this also means she can contribute this at low-stars, she must be at least 9-star to unlock her weapon. At maximum level, Sibyl's weapon gains a 50% Physical Damage Resist buff for back row allies only for turn 1 of combat.

Book of Thoth
“With the cards, I show you your future, but what you show me is your connection to the world." - Author of the Book of Thoth.
The Book of Thoth was a book of Western occultism, a holy book of prophecy worshipped by all followers of the occult. Normal believers had copies of it, but the real Book of Thoth was in the hands of the beautiful Tarot master Sibyl, which was why her prophecies were 100% accurate. Before Sibyl had this deck of cards, the original Book of Thoth had the power to change the world and had attracted many scholars of the occult, but no one had succeeded in deciphering all the cards, but only a fraction of it had been learned; furthermore, people who did not have knowledge of occultism could not even see the words on it. This way, the original set of cards became legendary and ended up in a boutique. It was only when Sibyl came across the Book of Thoth in the boutique that the true magic of the book was revealed. In the process of reading the Book of Thoth, Sibyl saw through the mysteries of the world, realized the direction of fate and energy, and thus prophesied many human histories. Rumour has it that the magic in the book had connected with Sibyl, giving her the ability to turn stone into gold, making her wealthy with expensive jewelry. Many scholars of the occult had tried to steal these cards after hearing the rumours, but eventually the cards returned to Sibyl in various ways, and those scholars were faced with various 'misfortunates' and ended up in misery. The most frightening thing was that, as if absorbing luck, Sibyl's jewelry shone even brighter when the scholars suffered misfortune. Perhaps it was not magic that Sibyl had mastered from the Book of Thoth, but rather had become the master of fate.

Summary

Sibyl's weapon is all around solid, since it can provide up to 20% Magic Damage Resistance for back row allies for the entirety of the battle, regardless if Sibyl dies or not. This effect probably won't single handedly turn a battle, but can make a difference especially when paired with other defensive skills like Diva Mikami's ultimate skill. At maximum weapon level her weapon will gain a 50% physical damage resist buff for all allies for the 1st turn of combat. This will mitigate normal attacks, and offer extra protection against round 1 burst physical damage units like Jill, max weapon level Aamina, and Warriors with random target normal attacks.

Technical Details

Weapon MDR Effect: This is a Battlefield Aura, meaning it will trigger each round prior to combat, in the order of highest to lowest speed units with battlefield aura passives. Sibyl's battlefield aura is unique because it continues to activate every round for the rest of combat (still based on her speed) regardless if she survives or not.

Weapon +30: This 50% PDR effect applies to all back row allies, but is a beginning of battle skill, meaning it acts like a battlefield aura (activates at the start of the turn, based on highest-to-lowest speed order) but only does so once at the beginning of a battle. Since this effect only lasts 1 round, it will only ever be active on turn 1.
